The focus of TCC is to work with local agencies to help them apply systems thinking to the reduction of crime. TCC has developed a radical new model for the delivery of local services. This is expressly designed to help overcome the problems associated with fragmented local services - the opposite of ‘joined up Government’. The goal is to help agencies escape from the trap of being limited to a level of service quality and results that arise through traditional structures and processes.
